The (Red) campaign, mainly known by its association with U2 singer, Bono is offering a bunch of experiences with celebrities to drum up donation and support. Bono himself is offering a winner a bike ride and ice cream in New York’s Central Park, but NASCAR fans will likely want to put their donations and chances of winning an experience towards another experience offered on the Omaze / (Red) site.
Kyle Larson Experience at Indianapolis Motor Speedway
A minimum donation of $10 on any of the experiences enters you for a chance to win. A $10 donation actually gives you 100 chances. Plus, you’re helping a good cause. Helping that cause too is actually doubled right now too as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is matching (RED) donations in the up to $20 million.
But as NASCAR fans, the Kyle Larson experience is a pretty cool one.
The winner and their guest get all of the following:
- Airfare to Indianapolis
- Four-star accommodations in Indianapolis
- Receive a tour of the No. 42 hauler
- Attend the Indianapolis driver meeting
- Watch the Crown Royal 400 from the No. 42 pit box
- Ride around the Brickyard in the pace car piloted by Kyle Larson
The web site’s official description of the experience is described as:
We’re flying you and a friend to join Kyle Larson for the ultimate NASCAR experience at the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. You’ll kick things off with a tour of an official hauler to see everything that goes into getting the No. 42 Chevrolet SS ready for race day. Afterwards, you’ll attend the driver and crew meeting en route to the pit, where you’ll witness the 2016 Crown Royal 400 from the best seats in the house! And if the chaos of a mid-race pit stop isn’t up-close and personal enough for you, then get ready to buckle up, because Kyle is taking you for a spin around the track in an official pace car at the Brickyard.
While a lot of the Omaze site’s experiences sound great, the Larson one would be a unforgettable experience for any Kyle Larson fan, or any NASCAR fan for that matter.
